A-Game delivers strength training, metabolic conditioning and mobility training for non-athletes and weekend athletes looking to enhance their quality of movement, wellness and overall well-being. Whether through range of motion deficiencies, pain or other limiting factors, special attention is given to clients to help them get the most out of their training.

Aaron Sistrunk: Owner/Head Trainer

Aaron has a B.S. degree in Physical Education from Wesley College. He has been in the personal training field for over 16 years and is certified in Sports Nutrition, Fitness Therapy, Personal Training, Pre & Post-Natal training and a Strength and Conditioning. His certifications are through the International Sports Science Association. He is the strength and conditioning coach for all sports at SCH Academy. He is well known for training elite high school and college D1 athletes. He is the personal trainer to many major accomplished, professional athletes. He is credited with training Jesse Biddle, Jimmy Rollins, and Marques Colston.

Tema Esberg – Trainer

Tema’s motto in life is: “Be Happy. Be Healthy. Be Kind.” And that is the philosophy she brings to each training session, Lifestyle Coaching session, and fitness class. Tema is energetic & creative, and enjoys making fitness fun and challenging for all types of athletes, from novices to the experienced, from youth to adults. She values hard work, commitment and fun, and she helps support each client so that they can power their own potential, stay motivated and celebrate their successes.


Tema is a Masters Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC-M); and is also certified as a Personal trainer and Mat Pilates instructor through AAAI/ISMA; certified in Small Group Fitness and Lifestyle & Behavioral Coaching through SCW; certified by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness in Gluten Free Kitchen protocols; and certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through the Jefferson University Mindfulness Institute.

Fran Kelly

Fran Kelly has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She has taught everything from aerobics to bootcamp and Zumba. Fran works with all age groups from functional fitness for older adults to youth fitness and sports specific training to younger athletes . She has also been a personal trainer for over 20 years. Fran is married to her husband Jim for the past 28 years and has three children.

Becky Friel – Trainer

Becky is a lifetime fitness enthusiast. She can not remember a time when exercise and eating right wasn’t a part of her daily routine. She started her career in the industry as a cycle instructor. Shortly after getting certifies she realized how important it is to combine the cardio with the weight training. Hence her most recent obsession: Barre!

She is certified thru Barre Intensity, which basically means a full body cardio sweat with tucks a plies. Get ready to have a tucking good time in every one of her classes!

Julian Edwards – Trainer

Julian Edwards gained an appreciation and passion for health and fitness early in his life. His career in Track and Field began when was just nine-years- old. It was through his competitive running – more specifically, sprinting – that Julian learned how dedication, hard work, and a healthy lifestyle were necessary ingredients to performance. As a youth, he ran for three different community club teams where he found success on a national level at the Junior Olympics. In high school he found himself ranked 2 nd in the state for the 400 meter dash and 1 st place in the Philadelphia Catholic League for the 100, 200, 400, and 4×400 meters. These successes earned Julian a scholarship to Mount Saint Mary’s University where he continued to pursue his love of running at the Division 1 level while pursuing a degree in Business. After college, Julian returned to Bishop McDevitt High School to coach his former team. He spent two years as an assistant coach before being promoted to Head Coach of the Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field teams. Wanting to ensure his athletes’ maximum performance and safety, Julian chose to further his education at The National Personal Training Institute. It was here that he mastered his ability to strengthen the human body, prevent and rehabilitate injuries, and guarantee success. Additionally, the program prepared him for his National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification.

Meggin Buccholz – Trainer

Meggin has been teaching Group Fitness since 1993 and personal training since 1997. She has trained professional tennis women’s pro tour from 2001-2004. Meggin has also worked with young pre high school athletes, osteoarthritis patients, senior citizens, prenatal women, postnatal women, and overweight patients. She has worked at LA Fitness as Group Fitness Coordinator for two locations, Shapes, Balance, Chestnut Hill Health and Fitness, Fit Life, Magarity and many more. Meggin has also been able to maintain her own personal training business through the years. She has 3 children and loves to help people create healthy lifestyles.

Maureen Leis – Trainer

As an athlete her entire life, Maureen was first introduced to the importance of strength training and maintaining a healthy lifestyle as a result of a college injury.  As a result of an ACL tear, Maureen understood the importance of dedication and attention to detail in order to achieve fitness results.  After graduating from Bloomsburg University and playing four and half years of DII soccer, Maureen joined the A-game community by becoming a member and attending the workout classes herself.  Maureen was there so often that she realized she wanted to become more involved and have the ability to not only help herself, but also help others around her achieve their fitness goals.  She has always had a competitive drive and a passion for helping others as both a high school field hockey coach and elementary teacher.  Maureen is a certified personal and group fitness instructor through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA).  Maureen continually pushes her clients to believe in her motto, “You can do hard things!”

Asia Broadus – Trainer

Former heptathlete, volleyball player, and competitive bowler, I’ve always been interested in physical activity and fitness. I graduated with my BS in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University in 2020 and have been training clients and teaching group fitness since. My favorite things to do are listen to true crimes podcasts, lay on the beach, and work on hands-on projects.

Seneca Williams

I am a fitness enthusiast with a passion for assisting others achieve their physical goals and maximizing their quality of life. My love for exercise developed within my own journey as a high school and collegiate athlete. By incorporating my educational background of Exercise Science, Physical Therapy and 5+ years of training experience, I’m able to apply my knowledge to each client in order to reach both physical and mental advancement. My philosophy of training is to prioritize appropriate execution of movement with a focus on enhancing functional strength & mobility in order to obtain one’s desired physique. Regardless of the specific goal I aim to be your guide in the right direction. Overall, my goal is to help you become the best version of yourself and maintain a healthier lifestyle that best suits you.

Brendan Plunkett

“Brendan is a personal trainer and yoga teacher specializing in functional movement training for people of all ages. His goal is to help you become more physically adaptable. By utilizing training techniques that equally value strength, flexibility, endurance, mobility, and adaptability you will experience more freedom in your body and life.

Brendan first began teaching yoga in 2015. Then three years later in 2018 his yoga practice and teaching changed dramatically when he met Lara Heimann‘s LYT Yoga Method.  Since then he has expanded my scope of practice into Functional Movement emphasizing sustainable alignment.

Training in the LYT Yoga Methodology also inspired him to expand his own fitness routines into cardio-respiratory, resistance, and high-intensity interval training. Brendan completed his personal training certification in 2018 with The National Academy of Sports Medicine and has since used this knowledge to enhance and improve his yoga practice as well as his overall physical health.

Through personalized training informed by the LYT Yoga Method Brendan can help you reprogram safer and smarter movement patterns into your body by improving its strength, endurance, flexibility, power, balance, and overall adaptability. He believes that when you move better, you will feel better, and ultimately be better.”

Tony Rosato – Trainer

Hey A-Game, my name is Tony Rosato. I am currently a Sports Performance Intern at Villanova University and I am very excited to be joining the A-Game family. As a former D1 athlete I have always been passionate about fitness and want to help others achieve success in their own fitness journey. I can’t wait to be a part of this community and help them reach their goals!
