Aaron has a B.S. degree in Physical Education from Wesley College. He has been in the personal training field for over 20 years and is certified in Sports Nutrition, Fitness Therapy, Personal Training, Pre & Post-Natal training and a Strength and Conditioning. His certifications are through the International Sports Science Association. He is the strength and conditioning coach for all sports at SCH Academy. He is well known for training elite high school and college D1 athletes. He is the personal trainer to many major accomplished, professional athletes. He is credited with training Jesse Biddle, Rashad Campbell, Jimmy Rollins, and Marques Colston.

I have been active my whole life starting with being a competitive swimmer since I was 5, then transitioning into Group Fitness my senior year in High School by training the Boys Lacrosse Team at Conestoga-1986!. Fast forward 30 years and I am enjoying it more every day! My clients keep me moving and motivated every day!
My love is now for the HIITclasses & TRX. I have done it all…STEP, Cycling, Spinning, Mat Pilates,Water Aerobics, Yoga, TRX, and HIIT. I am also a personal trainer and I train in my home gym in Blue Bell.
I love to work with my 3 daughters who are Field Hockey players, and other young athletes. I have been married for 20 years and I also coach Field Hockey. I have know Aaron for many years, I have been to many gyms, AGAME is and will always be MY home. YOU GET RESULTS & ACHEIVE GOALS AT AGAME!
“Becky is a lifetime fitness enthusiast. She can not remember a time when exercise and eating right wasn’t a part of her daily routine. She is a certified trainer and nutrition coach.
She brings her high energy and high intensity workouts to several local philly gyms. When she isn’t “partying” in the studio, she is spending time with her family and friends.
She started her career in the industry as a cycle instructor. Shortly after getting certified she realized how important it is to combine cardio with weight training. This sparked her most recent obsession: Barre. She is certified thru Barre Intensity, which basically means a full body cardio sweat with tucks and pulses. To better understand the human body and nutrition, Becky became a certified Ace personal trainer. She absolutely loves teaching and helping others realize their strength. Her motto: “Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live in.”
