Lead Coach/Owner

Aaron has a B.S. degree in Physical Education from Wesley College. He has been in the personal training field for over 20 years and is certified in Sports Nutrition, Fitness Therapy, Personal Training, Pre & Post-Natal training and a Strength and Conditioning. His certifications are through the International Sports Science Association. He is the strength and conditioning coach for all sports at SCH Academy. He is well known for training elite high school and college D1 athletes. He is the personal trainer to many major accomplished, professional athletes. He is credited with training Jesse Biddle, Rashad Campbell, Jimmy Rollins, and Marques Colston.

Fran Kelly has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She has taught everything from aerobics to bootcamp and Zumba. Fran works with all age groups from functional fitness for older adults to youth fitness and sports specific training to younger athletes . She has also been a personal trainer for over 20 years. Fran is married to her husband Jim for the past 28 years and has three children.
Heather Day

Heather has been a certified group fitness instructor since 1989. She has been certified through ACE, AFAA and AAI/ISMA. She also earned her personal training certification a few years later. The fitness industry quickly took note of Heather’s talents in the early nineties and she went on to become an international fitness presenter, a continuing education provider for fitness professionals, winner of Miss Fitness Philadelphia contest in 1997, and star of numerous internationally distributed fitness videos. Heather holds many fitness certifications including: Buti-yoga, Mat Pilates, Zumba, Box-aerobics, Master Step, Slide and more. Heather now owns her own aerial dance and fitness studio, Awakenings Pole Dance Fitness in Philadelphia. Heather is known for her innovative and unique style of teaching. She enjoys making students feel like they are having fun while working out.

Julian Edwards

Julian Edwards gained an appreciation and passion for health and fitness early in his life. His career in Track and Field began when was just nine-years- old. It was through his competitive running – more specifically, sprinting – that Julian learned how dedication, hard work, and a healthy lifestyle were necessary ingredients to performance. As a youth, he ran for three different community club teams where he found success on a national level at the Junior Olympics. In high school he found himself ranked 2 nd in the state for the 400 meter dash and 1 st place in the Philadelphia Catholic League for the 100, 200, 400, and 4×400 meters. These successes earned Julian a scholarship to Mount Saint Mary’s University where he continued to pursue his love of running at the Division 1 level while pursuing a degree in Business. After college, Julian returned to Bishop McDevitt High School to coach his former team. He spent two years as an assistant coach before being promoted to Head Coach of the Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field teams. Wanting to ensure his athletes’ maximum performance and safety, Julian chose to further his education at The National Personal Training Institute. It was here that he mastered his ability to strengthen the human body, prevent and rehabilitate injuries, and guarantee success. Additionally, the program prepared him for his National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification.

Kim Zeoli

My love for fitness began once I graduated college and I was no longer playing basketball at Widener University. I had to find another way to stay in shape and enjoy it at the same time. This is when I fell in love with group fitness! I have been teaching group fitness since 2006 at many different gyms in the Philadelphia area. I met Aaron at a local LA Fitness, and from there that sparked our friendship. We have kept in touch ever since and I am stoked to be working with him again. I am also a full-time high school mathematics teacher at Haverford High School (since 2000), wife, mother of 2 lovely young ladies, and also I sing in an acoustic duo. Words of Wisdom: Smile often, love like it’s your last day, and all people are good inside…..sometimes you have to dig deeper to find it!

I have been active my whole life starting with being a competitive swimmer since I was 5, then transitioning into Group Fitness my senior year in High School by training the Boys Lacrosse Team at Conestoga-1986!. Fast forward 30 years and I am enjoying it more every day! My clients keep me moving and motivated every day! 

My love is now for the HIITclasses & TRX. I have done it all…STEP, Cycling, Spinning, Mat Pilates,Water Aerobics, Yoga, TRX, and HIIT. I am also a personal trainer and I train in my home gym in Blue Bell. 

I love to work with my 3 daughters who are Field Hockey players, and other young athletes. I have been married for 20 years and I also coach Field Hockey.  I have know Aaron for many years, I have been to many gyms, AGAME is and will always be MY home. YOU GET RESULTS & ACHEIVE GOALS AT AGAME!

Meggin Buchholz

Meggin has been teaching Group Fitness since 1993 and personal training since 1997. She has trained professional tennis women’s pro tour from 2001-2004. Meggin has also worked with young pre high school athletes, osteoarthritis patients, senior citizens, prenatal women, postnatal women, and over weight patients. She has worked at LA Fitness as Group Fitness Coordinator for two locations, Shapes, Chestnut Hill Health and Fitness‎, Fit Life, Magarity and many more. Meggin has also been able to maintain her own personal training business through the years. She has 3 children and loves to help people create healthy lifestyles.

Becky Friel

Becky is a lifetime fitness enthusiast. She can not remember a time when exercise and eating right wasn’t a part of her daily routine. She is a certified trainer and nutrition coach.

She brings her high energy and high intensity workouts to several local philly gyms. When she isn’t “partying” in the studio, she is spending time with her family and friends.

She started her career in the industry as a cycle instructor. Shortly after getting certified she realized how important it is to combine the cardio with the weight training. This sparked her most recent obsession: Barre. She is certified thru Barre Intensity, which basically means a full body cardio sweat with tucks and pulses. To better understand the human body and nutrition, Becky became a certified Ace personal trainer. She absolutely loves teaching and helping others realize their strength. Her motto: “Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live in.”

Brendan Bio-Pic

Brendan believes that exercise should improve how we feel while also preparing us to take on life’s obstacles. To both appreciate the functions of our bodies and achieve an increased sense of fulfillment in life, he feels that it is key for us to physically challenge ourselves in numerous and varied ways. Movement and physical expression have always been important to him. Specifically, Brendan loves resistance training, cardio work, and plyometric and movement-based classes, but his number one Phit-Jawn is yoga. He first began practicing yoga as a gym requirement during his time as an undergraduate student at Penn State University. He has since been studying and practicing in an assortment of styles under a diverse collection of instructors. Certified through Yoga Alliance with over 400 hours of yoga training and an ever-growing 800 hours of teaching experience, Brendan passionately welcomes the opportunity to share his skills and knowledge with students of any and all levels of experience. He utilizes the LYT™ Yoga methodology – an approach developed by Princeton, New Jersey-based yoga teacher and physical therapist Lara Heimann – which addresses the imbalances of the modern lifestyle. Brendan’s classes involve movement in multiple directions, deep core muscular engagement, and several fun opportunities to step out of our comfort zones. Additionally, Brendan is a NASM-certified personal trainer and Silversneakers instructor for Thai-Chi/Qigong and Stability classes. Brendan combines the philosophy and application from all of these disciplines when working one-on-one with clients to correct imbalanced movement patterns, strengthen the muscles, develop greater physical awareness, and move with confidence. His goal is to help everyone feel better so that together we can uplift each other.

Sinead Brierley

Graduated Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in 2015 where I met Aaron. I played soccer and lacrosse and was two time captain on both teams. I Began working for Aaron at A-Game and he trained me throughout high school. I fell in love with training and working out, but also training others. I went on to play lacrosse at Saint Joseph’s University. There I played midfield for half my career, attack my junior year, and I transitioned to defense my senior year. Aaron showed me how I could use my knowledge to educate and train the next generation of athletes, no matter what age.
