CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Pilates Strength – combines basic mat pilates with body sculpting and basic stretches for a low impact and a high/low intensity workout adjustable to all fitness levels. The class will help enhance body tone, core strength, and flexibility.
Strictly Strength – is an exercise class that focuses on resistance training to induce muscular contraction to improve muscular strength, endurance, and functionality.
Stretch & Strength – offering a full body workout which will leave you feeling relaxed and de-stressed. Working your stomach, glutes, legs and arms, this exercise class will work your muscles, improving your strength and flexibility.
Bootcamp / Bonus Bootcamp – Mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
A-Game Amrap: Friday Morning A-Game – Bootcamp style class that will get you ready to finish out your week!
HURRICANE – an intense training method that combines extreme cardio with muscle-building weight training and stretching exercises. Each workout involves three circuits of sprints, followed by two strength-training exercises, with three sets of each circuit.
Mid-Week Warrior – A bootcamp style class that will help you get through the rest of your week!
Monday A.M A-Game – Bootcamp style class that will get your ready to start off your week!
Phit Phactor – Mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Bootcamp style class
Pure Strength – Unleash greater power in an innovative circuit that alternates weight lifting with body resistance, mixing moves like pull-ups, planks, deadlifts and arm presses to keep you constantly challenged.
Shred and Strength – A well rounded workout using free weights and your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups; designed to define, shape and tone your body!
Stretching – Focus is on flexibility, skeletal alignment, relaxation and, best of all, stress reduction.
Total Body Burn – This strength-based class targets your glamour muscles: the booty, the arms and the abs. With fun music and high energy, you can condition, strengthen and tone some of the biggest muscle groups. All levels of participants are welcome. Triple Threat – Core, Cardio, and strength
