CHALLENGES

A-Game Fitness and Performance is on a mission to help local residents reach their weight loss and conditioning goals this year- and this program is a big part of that! A-Game runs a few different programs – 21 Day Challenge (monthly), 42 Day Challenge (monthly), and Challenge on the Hill (once a year). Challenges:

21 Day Challenge – 21 days of unlimited classes and 21 days worth of meal plans, for males and females.
42 Day Challenge – This challenge consists of 10 teams who will be working together to improve not only as a team but individually. 4 different exercises will be done for 30 seconds each at the beginning and at the end to show your progression.
Challenge on the Hill – This is a team fitness event that incorporates 8 different exercises to be performed for time and speed to earn points.Burn calories, get stronger, and have some competitive fun!Prizes will be awarded for the highest placement!

Youth Options

Youth Performance – Designed for Middle School and High School athletes as a way to increase overall strength and conditioning. Students will work with certified coaches to improve speed, agility, functional strength, and power.
