2019 CHALLENGE ON THE HILL

ATTENTION LADIES & FELLAS!!!

The Challenge on the Hill is a team fitness event that incorporates 8 different exercises to be performed for time and speed to earn points. We would like to have 8 people on a team.
YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 FEMALES ON A TEAM….It is approximately a 2 hour event.

Burn calories, get stronger, have some competitive fun!

First round consists of each team member doing each of the 8 exercises for one minute. You will have a judge watching your form and reps will not count if they’re not done correctly. They will keep track of how many reps you do in a minute.

Then, the second round each team member is assigned a specific exercise and will perform 20 proper reps as fast as possible, relay style. Team with the fastest time is the winner.

Prizes will be awarded for the highest placement!

THE Challenge on the Hill will be January 12th, 2019

DJ Five will be in the building playing energetic music to keep you in the zone!
