Want small exercise classes that are designed SPECIFICALLY for those who are new to exercise and want to ACTUALLY be taught how to safely and effectively get results?

1️⃣ Free Goal Setting Session – A 30 minute 1-on-1 Zoom Meeting because being good for 4 weeks is easy, but what’s next? What’s the next goal? How do we maintain? How do we not yoyo. This session will help map out a plan to ensure that the clothes sizes go down as confidence goes up!
2️⃣ Nutrition Coaching with a SMART plan that makes it ok to go out to eat, “cheat” with the girlfriends…and still be following the plan because it was made for THAT!
3️⃣ Unlimited Group Classes (EVENING & WEEKEND ONLY) plus 4 Semi-Private Training Sessions (1 per week) – because no one wants to look silly, not get results, or get hurt!
4️⃣ Dedicated Accountability Coach- who redirects you when you fall off course (we’re all human) so that you can reach your end goal!
