A-Game Fitness and Performance is on a mission to help local residents reach their weight loss and conditioning goals this year- and these challenges are a big part of that! A-Game runs a few different programs – 21 Day Challenge (monthly), 42 Day Challenge (monthly), and Challenge on the Hill (once a year).
A-Game delivers strength training, metabolic conditioning and mobility training for non-athletes and weekend athletes looking to enhance their quality of movement, wellness and overall well-being. Whether through range of motion deficiencies, pain or other limiting factors, special attention is given to clients to help them get the most out of their training.
