SEMI-PRIVATE Personal Training - Learn More

Semi-Private Personal Training for Increased Results at Half the Cost. Maximize your fitness goals with personalized programming and the accountability and encouragement of a small group of 4 people or less. Semi-private personal training is a cost-effective way to get the results you want.

Beginner Programs

Our program is designed to help beginner gym-goers build strength and confidence in a safe setting. Our classes focus on barbell lifting, which helps prevent injury while simultaneously building strength.

Additionally, we work on bodyweight skills that are tailored for each individual. Our small group classes are led by a dedicated coach who ensures a personalized experience for everyone.

Small Group Training

Kick-start your journey with our high-energy group classes that are tailored to all fitness levels. Our group classes are fun and provide functional movements that will help you get results. With classes of 20 people or less, you’re guaranteed a great experience!

Are Meal Plans included?

Yes. We include  Meal Plans in our PROGRAMS.

Can I just drop in?
