CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Bootcamp / Bonus Bootcamp – Mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
HIIT Bootcamp – This class is a high-intensity interval training workout which focuses on full body strength conditioning paired with cardio bursts.
TRX/ Strength – Pairing the TRX® suspension training system with other equipment to create an intense full-body workout accessible to any participant.
Barre – is fun and empowering class set to today’s hottest music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights.
Cardio Kickboxing – Martial arts style cardio workout to help you develop a strong mind and body connection. Learn proper technique for punches and kicks while ramping up your fitness level to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, core integration and flexibility. No experience necessary!
Core-Assets – This class focuses particularly legs, butt, and core. Using equipment and body weight exercises, this class emphasizes toning muscles with intermittent cardio intervals.
Dirty 30 – an intense training method that combines extreme cardio with muscle-building weight training and stretching exercises. Each workout involves three circuits of sprints, followed by two strength-training exercises, with three sets of each circuit.
FMA: Friday Morning A-Game – Bootcamp style class that will get you ready to finish out your week!
Glutes & Guts – A class dedicated to toning of your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, in addition, it’ll also target your quads and hamstrings.

Sculpt & Burn – A well rounded workout using free weights and your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups; designed to define, shape and tone your body!
Stretching – Focus is on flexibility, skeletal alignment, relaxation and, best of all, stress reduction.
Total Body Burn – This strength-based class targets your glamour muscles: the booty, the arms and the abs. With fun music and high energy, you can condition, strengthen and tone some of the biggest muscle groups. All levels of participants are welcome. Triple Threat – Core, Cardio, and strength
