A-Game Fitness and Performance is on a mission to help local residents reach their weight loss and conditioning goals this year- and this program is a big part of that! A-Game runs a few different programs – 21 Day Challenge (monthly), 42 Day Challenge (monthly), and Challenge on the Hill (once a year). 21 DAY CHALLENGES

CHALLENGE ON THE HILL

Adult Classes/Programs:

MANSFORMATION Program – 28 day program for males only! Includes semi-private training, meal plans, and unlimited classes.
STRONG ‘HER’ Program – 28 day program for females only! Include semi-private training, meal plan, and unlimited classes.

Challenges:

28 Day Challenge – 28 days of unlimited classes and 28 days worth of meal plans, for males and females.
42 Day Challenge – This challenge consists of 10 teams who will be working together to improve not only as a team but individually. 4 different exercises will be done for 30 seconds each at the beginning and at the end to show your progression.

Child Classes

Youth Performance – Designed for Middle School and High School athletes as a way to increase overall strength and conditioning. Students will work with certified coaches to improve speed, agility, functional strength, and power.
