ARE YOU READY FOR CHALLENGE ON THE HILL???
The CHALLENGE ON THE HILL is a team fitness event that incorporates 8 different exercises to be performed for time and speed to earn points.
Burn calories, get stronger, have some competitive fun!
Round 1: Each team member performs each exercise for as many reps as possible for 60 seconds. Top 4 teams move to Round 2.
Round 2: Each team member is assigned a specific exercise that they will perform as many reps as possible for 60 seconds. Top 2 teams move to the Finals.
Finals: Each team member is assigned a specific exercise and will perform 20 proper reps as fast as possible, relay style. Team with the fastest time is the winner.
Prizes will be awarded for the highest placement!!!!
