Aaron has a B.S. degree in Physical Education from Wesley College. He has been in the personal training field for over 16 years and is certified in Sports Nutrition, Fitness Therapy, Personal Training, Pre & Post-Natal training and a Strength and Conditioning. His certifications are through the International Sports Science Association. He is the strength and conditioning coach for all sports at SCH Academy. He is well known for training elite high school and college D1 athletes. He is the personal trainer to many major accomplished, professional athletes. He is credited with training Jesse Biddle, Rashad Campbell, Jimmy Rollins, and Marques Colston.

Erin Savarese

Erin has been working in the fitness field for over twenty two years as both a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She is currently self-employed as a certified personal trainer/group fitness instructor at A-Game Fitness in Flourtown. A former elementary school teacher, Erin graduated from West Chester University with a degree in elementary education and has over ten years of experience working with children both in and out of the classroom. Erin has experience leading strength and conditioning sessions for student athletes as well as off ice training for local junior hockey players. Erin also has experience working with special needs children. The special needs class combines Erin’s success in the classroom with her passion for physical fitness in a dynamic and fun environment. Erin has completed countless road and trail races, including five marathons. She is also a multi-sport enthusiast, having completed many duathlon, triathlon and adventure races.She loves mountain biking, trail running and adventure racing and uses her experiences with all three to motivate and inspire her clients and class members through example.

Fran Kelly

Fran Kelly has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She has taught everything from aerobics to bootcamp and Zumba. Fran works with all age groups from functional fitness for older adults to youth fitness and sports specific training to younger athletes . She has also been a personal trainer for over 20 years. Fran is married to her husband Jim for the past 28 years and has three children.

Heather Slawek

Heather Day Slawek is an ACE-certified instructor with several years experience teaching pole dance, and over 20 years experience as a fitness/dance instructor. Some of her students travel more than 20 miles to take her classes! Her approach to this unique workout is innovative and like no other.

Heidi Peterson

Julian Edwards

Julian Edwards gained an appreciation and passion for health and fitness early in his life. His career in Track and Field began when was just nine-years- old. It was through his competitive running – more specifically, sprinting – that Julian learned how dedication, hard work, and a healthy lifestyle were necessary ingredients to performance. As a youth, he ran for three different community club teams where he found success on a national level at the Junior Olympics. In high school he found himself ranked 2 nd in the state for the 400 meter dash and 1 st place in the Philadelphia Catholic League for the 100, 200, 400, and 4x400 meters. These successes earned Julian a scholarship to Mount Saint Mary’s University where he continued to pursue his love of running at the Division 1 level while pursuing a degree in Business. After college, Julian returned to Bishop McDevitt High School to coach his former team. He spent two years as an assistant coach before being promoted to Head Coach of the Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field teams. Wanting to ensure his athletes’ maximum performance and safety, Julian chose to further his education at The National Personal Training Institute. It was here that he mastered his ability to strengthen the human body, prevent and rehabilitate injuries, and guarantee success. Additionally, the program prepared him for his National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification.

Kim Zeoli

My love for fitness began once I graduated college and I was no longer playing basketball at Widener University.  I had to find another way to stay in shape and enjoy it at the same time.  This is when I fell in love with group fitness! I have been teaching group fitness since 2006 at many different gyms in the Philadelphia area.  I met Aaron at a local LA Fitness, and from there that sparked our friendship.  We have kept in touch ever since and I am stoked to be working with him again. I am also a full-time high school mathematics teacher at Haverford High School (since 2000), wife, mother of 2 lovely young ladies, and also I sing in an acoustic duo. Words of Wisdom:  Smile often, love like it's your last day, and all people are good inside.....sometimes you have to dig deeper to find it!

Kim Begley

Kim is a recent graduate from West Chester University where she received her B.S in Health and Physical Education. Along with her B.S, Kim completed the Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements and is certified to teach K-12, she is also certified to teach adapted physical education for students with disabilities. A prior collegiate athlete Kim has developed a passion for coaching and working with young athletes. Kim’s philosophy is to control what you can control. As an athlete there are two things you can control, attitude and effort. “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.”

 Leia Beck

 Mary Daloway

Mary has been teaching group fitness for over 20 years. She started in Florida with traditional hi/lo, step, and water aerobics. Currently she teaches TRX, bootcamp, and interval style classes such as TABATA. In addition to being a group instructor, Mary is an ACE certified personal trainer. She loves what she does and the team she does it with! #agamefitnessandperformance!

Meggin Buchholz

Meggin has been teaching Group Fitness since 1993 and personal training since 1997. She has trained professional tennis women’s pro tour from 2001-2004. Meggin has also worked with young pre high school athletes, osteoarthritis patients, senior citizens, prenatal women, postnatal women, and over weight patients. She has worked at LA Fitness as Group Fitness Coordinator for two locations, Shapes, Balance, Chestnut Hill Health and Fitness‎, Fit Life, Magarity and many more. Meggin has also been able to maintain her own personal training business through the years. She has 3 children and loves to help people create healthy lifestyles.

Page Gilmore

Page Gilmore has been in the Fitness Business for 30 years and has taught everything from STEP, Indoor Cycling, Pilates, Water Aerobics, Total Body to her current favorites-TRX, Bootcamp, and HIT classes. She has taught at many gyms and studios in the Philadelphia and Washington DC areas over the 30 years. She is also a private Trainer and trains at her home in Blue Bell. She loves to work with young athletes. Page is married 19 years and has 3 daughters who are field hockey players.

Rashad Campbell

A Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA. In 2007 he won the High School Football Player of the Year Daily News award as a RB/DB in the City of Philadelphia. In college, he was a four year starter and served on the Leadership Council since is Sophomore Season and managed to graduate as a Team Captain from Cornell University in 2011. While at Cornell he was 1st Team All-Conference Performer at DB/KR. Over his years as an athlete, leader and mentor/coach and through research/education he is equipped with the knowledge and experience to ensure you achieve your Fitness, Sports & Life Goals.
